  Had to wait for 25 minutes until the service representative asked me what I wanted. All I wanted was to buy a phone charger that I had laid on the counter for all to see. At least the rep could have acknowledged I was there at the counter and stated it would be a moment. Finally after 25 minutes, the rep acknowledged me and I was out with my purchase in 2 minutes while they were still helping the person in front of me. Won't wait that long anymore. Poor customer service relations.
